Road (near industrial focal point), Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab (India), which consists of maximum number of Steel producing mills in Asia. We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting of equipment for steel rolling mill plants. In addition to this, we also offer other services like engineering, consultancy, design and development of steel rolling plants on turnkey basis.

We have a machining & material handling capacity of up-to 50 M.T., which enables us to provide engineering assistance to the entire steel making industry for hot rolling, cold rolling, pipe plants (ERW, G.I., A. P. I. grade) and spares for sugar & cement. Our company undertakes Modernization, Revamping & Refurnishing of existing, Sick Steel Rolling Mills to enhance production, reduce specific power consumption and fuel rate and improve the products quality. With our rich experience in the steel sector, we are capable of providing complete installation support.

We offer products & services to different steel making plants involved in Iron Ore, Sponge Iron Plants, Scrap, Billet Making Plants, Induction / Electric Arc Furnaces, Ladle Refinery Furnaces, Manganese Ore & Ferro Silicon & Ferro Manganese Plants. We have also served other industries by manufacturing equipment as per the design and specifications provided by clients. Is having a team of qualified and experienced engineers. 2D AutoCAD / 3D Autodesk Inventor, Production & Inspection team. Our Engineering staff undertakes preparation of Layouts and drawings with most optimum calculations and confirming to strict quality standards.

We are also among the limited user of ERP in this field, which is a sign of true professionalism. Starting with the requirements of the customer, the calculations are done according to the rate of production, if the total plant is required or either a single machine is required, then taking into consideration, rest of the equipment(s) with which the proposed equipment is to be installed, and the design is made which is best suited to the current requirements and not according to the existing old age designs.

After the layout is frozen, the basic engineering and detail design of the equipments is earned out on the most optimum calculations. All the Engineering drawings for components are prepared to strict quality standards

We have complete in house facilities for Physical & Chemical testing of material composition, Ultrasonic testing and all tools and gauges for machining accuracies at every stage of production. • Assembly drawings available at plant.
• Fly wheels shaft details and bearings used.
• Size and type of rolls
• Increase spacing to improve layout and getup of the text on page
• Motor power and RPM engineering data of gear internals of gear boxes and pinion stands, bearing centers and bearing numbers
• Part number in case of SMT supplied equipment

TPM - Total Preventive Maintenance : Break downs take place without notice and Spares Inventory Planning Model is most of the rolling mills is never perfect. We as a dependable associate, are conscious of our obligations towards our clients and are best prepared to the client help achieve Total Preventive Maintenance and avoid contingencies. Our service team with required spares ensure to reach clients in quickest possible time.

We provide services like engineering, consultancy, designing and development of steel rolling plants on turnkey basis.
